A great rise – I think they’re somewhere between a 9″ and 10″ rise, I’m 5’7″ and they hit around my belly button – that are really comfortable but still wear great (multiple times) without losing their shape. These are what I would consider elevated jeggings, meaning they’re lightweight with plenty of stretch and give for total comfort. First up, the infamous Roadtripper Jeans. So, onto the two styles of jeans that I came home with. I finally feel confident in a pair of denim and can once and for all flaunt those 15 pounds I’ve worked hard to lose in the last couple years! So, head to Madewell is exactly what I did and my life hasn’t been the same since!Īs someone who has struggled for years with the fit of jeans, these really are my dream jeans.
I put out the question to the Twitter-verse, and practically every response I received told me to head to Madewell. Jeans are what I wear 95% of the time, so truly I would consider them an investment piece for my wardrobe! I got fed up and knew it was time to look into higher-quality denim. But, I had a horrible experience a couple months back with a new pair of jeans that stretched so much after one wear that I could pull them on and off without undoing the button or zipper. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with them now – I think that they’re great quality at a great price point.
In the past, I’ve sung the praises of American Eagle jeans. Other than maybe having millions of dollars in my bank account. TWO styles of them! If that doesn’t feel like winning the lottery, then I don’t know what does.
